Various English Clubs are said to be after former Crystal Palace midfielder Jairo Riedewald on a free transfer, according to Pete O'Rourke.
The Dutchman left Belgian Pro League side Royal Antwerp at the end of last season upon the expiry of his contract. He made 28 appearances for the Reds.
The 28-year-old is a versatile player who can play in a variety of positions in midfield and defence. Throughout his career he has mainly played in defensive midfield but can also play at centre-back and left-back.

Despite playing seven seasons for Crystal Palace, Riedewald was often on the periphery for the Premier League side. Mainly being used as a versatile backup option.
A transfer to the Championship could be a good career move for the Dutchman at the moment.
It has not been reported on which clubs are interested in the player, but Championship sides Birmingham City, Coventry and Bristol City could be a good fit for Riedewald.
His versatility could match well with the number of league games that are played in the Championship.
Despite no one snatching up Riedewald just yet, he seems to be a hot commodity for many fans of Championship Clubs.
Being available on a free transfer is a big plus and his versatility make it a free hit for teams in the second-tier, if his wage demands aren't too high.

Seeing Jairo Riedewald’s name being thrown about - he’s changing his international eligibility to Indonesia & currently without a club. What we thinking? #OUFC
