Leicester City have launched an enquiry regarding Millwall striker Mihailo Ivanovic today, according to Pete O'Rourke.
The 20-year-old Serbia international was in fine form in the EFL Championship last season, netting 12 league goals on Millwall's way to an 8th-placed finish in England's second division.
However, Premier League hopefuls Leicester City are taking an interest in the youngster's services, looking to bolster their attacking options at The King Power Stadium before the transfer window closes on the 1st of September.
Mihailo Ivanovic was something of an unknown quality ahead of his transfer to Millwall last summer, joining from native club FK Vojvodina for a fee of £2.8m in August 2024.
The then-19-year-old went on to make 40 appearances in all competitions for The Lions, netting an eye-catching 13 goals during his maiden campaign at The Den, despite starting just 23 games in the league.
In terms of U21s talents, Mihailo Ivanović was one of the best second tier players in Europe last season.

Earmarked for his work-rate and finishing, Ivanovic scored a goal, on average, every 182 minutes in last season's iteration of the Championship, and Leicester City are now looking into the young Serbian to equip an attack currently featuring the likes of Patson Daka and Jordan Ayew as striking options.
Millwall will be in little mood to part ways with the talented forward, with any deal taking him away from Bermondsey likely to cost north of £10m.
Leicester City have rejected an approach worth £27.5m from Sunderland for the services of Abdul Fatawu.

The 21-year-old Ghanaian winger spent the majority his maiden Premier League campaign nursing an unfortunate cruciate ligament injury, but made his return to life on the pitch in both of The Foxes' opening Championship matches, with the East Midlands club seeking an immediate return to the top flight after suffering relegation in the 24/25 campaign.
Premier League returnees Sunderland had launched a big-money move for Fatawu, looking to bolster an attack already reinforced with the arrivals of Marc Guiu and Simon Adingra this summer, but Leicester's rejection of the move has led The Black Cats to explore other options, such as RB Salzburg star Adam Daghim.
