Sheffield Wednesday fans hold every right to be aggrieved by the situations away from the pitch that continue to plague their club.
The historic club has been in the press constantly for all the wrong reasons, with owner Dejphon Chansiri finding himself under swelling pressure and protest from Wednesday's fans, who are desperate for the Thai business man to sell the club after years of financial mismanagement, which has seen the club face a great number of troubles both on and off the pitch.
Tomorrow Owls.

Please be respectful of every fan’s choice of how they wish to protest the disgraceful situation we’re in.
If you’re joining us, do not leave passionate fellow Wednesdayites out in the cold. There’s strength in numbers.

The specific amount of complaints that can be noted down from fans against Chansiri is too vast for one article, and fans have staged several protesting actions over the course of the season, including flyovers of the stadium calling for his exit, and refusing to take their seats on the opening game of the season until the 5th minute - leaving an empty away end that signified the feeling around the club at the moment.
Tomorrow, against Coventry City, another protest against the club's ownership has been planned - Sheffield Wednesday fans are planning to go on the pitch, and refuse to leave.
The premise of the protest is simple - hundreds of Sheffield Wednesday fans are planning to storm the field of play in the 10th minute of their clash with Coventry City tomorrow, before entering the centre circle of the pitch and refusing to leave. The onus of the mission is that the games won't happen until Chansiri sells the club.
The move has been met with plenty of criticism from outsiders and Wednesday fans alike, but has drawn significant attention on social media. It remains to be seen the true amount of fans that will enter the field tomorrow afternoon, but there is every reason to believe that the game will be disrupted in some way.2 days to go…

Remember to keep it peaceful.
No players, staff, officials involved.
Sit in the centre circle until the game’s done.
Dejphon Chansiri,
Sell the club or the games don’t happen
10th minute. Owls on the pitch. #SWFC
This latest protest comes after news broke that Sheffield Wednesday's players, once again, will not be paid on time for the September period. Payday for the players was due to be the 30th of September - the last working day of the month - but Rob Staton revealed that this deadline had once again been missed, adding to a long line of missed payments to staff, HMRC and anyone else possible under Chansiri.
